See your sleep, resting heart rate and other readings your devices record (varies by device) in one place. Health readings are never used for rankings or prizes.
Snap or upload a lab report and AI helps extract the values for you to check, save and follow over time. You confirm consent every time you send images for AI processing.
Ask the AI assistant about your sleep, heart rate or lab results. Sharing your data with it is up to you and off by default. Answers are for reference only — not a diagnosis or medical advice.
Join running, walking and cycling challenges and follow live leaderboards. Get your race bib, finisher certificate and medals right in the app.
Run a private challenge for your staff or clients: only people with your access code can join, teams compete on their own leaderboard, and bibs and certificates carry your design. The ActiUp team sets it up with you.
Health features (device readings, lab records and Ask AI) are for adults 18+ and turn on only after you accept a separate health-data agreement. These are measurements from your device or from lab reports you upload, for reference only. This is not a medical diagnosis — see a doctor if something looks wrong.

Upload your clinic's or hospital's own SOPs and guidelines and have them searched first, stored in your organisation's private data space.
Tackling the common limitations of searching medical information with general-purpose tools.
A single clinical question means opening many different sources at once, mostly in English, each with its own interface.
Mediq AI brings them all into one search in Vietnamese and quickly pulls out the most relevant sources.
General-purpose AI tools often cannot cite a verifiable source for each point, and do not distinguish laws in force from those that have been replaced.
Every point Mediq AI makes carries a real citation that links straight to the original document, so doctors can verify it themselves. If there is no source, the system will not make one up.
Drugs registered for circulation in Vietnam, ICD-10 codes under Circular 06/2026, the health insurance (BHYT) list under Circular 20/2022 — this Vietnam-specific data is not built into models trained on international data.
Continuously updated Vietnamese drug data, bilingual ICD-10 codes and healthcare legislation searchable by point in time.
Treatment protocols, clinic SOPs and procedures sit scattered across PDF/Word files and cannot be searched during consultations.
Upload internal documents (PDF, Word) — the system extracts, indexes and ranks them first for that facility.
Streamlining work across clinical care, clinic operations, research and health communications.
Look up differential diagnoses to consider, suggested reference protocols and SOAP notes in two formats, combined with your organisation's internal data.
Look up standard operating procedures (SOPs), technical procedures, hospital quality criteria and healthcare legislation currently in force.
Read, summarise and critically appraise professional PDF documents your organisation uploads, in its own private data space.
Create health education content backed by accurate scientific evidence, avoiding medical misinformation.
Helps draft health classification conclusions in bulk from raw examination data, referencing the classification criteria in the Ministry of Health Circular, for the doctor to review and sign.
Turns doctor–patient conversations into SOAP medical notes automatically, in real time.
A smart search process that delivers fast responses and accurate medical citations.
Analyses the meaning of the question and recognises medical terms (conditions, drugs, active ingredients, lab values) to narrow down which documents to search.
Searches verified, reputable medical data sources and your organisation's internal protocols simultaneously.
Composes the answer in professional Vietnamese (differential diagnoses, reference protocols, SOAP). Every point carries a clickable citation for the doctor to review.
If one source goes down, the answer is still built from the remaining sources — the system does not stall.
The source list is built by the system from real search results; the AI model does not invent citations.
If no supporting evidence is found, the system says so and labels the answer "no literature source attached" rather than speculating.

Mediq HIS runs clinics and hospitals, including multi-branch networks, on a single platform: registration, consultations, lab and imaging, billing, pharmacy, drug inventory and corporate health checks. Orders, results, receipts and prescriptions flow from one step to the next, with no re-entry. Each facility's data is kept separate.
Check in walk-ins and booked patients. Queue numbers are issued per room, with priority lanes. By default the calling screen shows only the number and room, never the patient's name.
Doctors code diagnoses with ICD-10, place orders and prescribe from a single screen. Orders route automatically to the sampling room, the imaging worklist and the patient's bill, with a warning on duplicate orders.
One barcode per tube type; a scan opens the right record. Results need a second person to approve them unless the role is allowed to self-approve. Approved results are locked, and reopening one requires permission and a stated reason. Internal QC runs are tracked.
Take payments, deposits and refunds against the same visit. Each branch chooses pay-before-service or pay-after. Cashier shift handovers, an end-of-day cash close and a cash book are built in.
Prescriptions go straight to the pharmacy queue and the drug cost onto the bill. Earliest-expiry batches are dispensed first, expired batches are skipped, and dispensing stops when stock runs short. Inventory covers receipts, issues, transfers, stock counts and near-expiry alerts.
Reports by day, branch and service, plus receivables and deposits, all exportable to CSV. Permissions follow each role, and accounting staff cannot see medical records. Every time someone opens a record, result or prescription, it is logged.
From contract to reconciliation in one flow: set up the contract at the agreed package price, import the employee roster from a file, and pre-print exam forms and barcode slips. When an employee arrives, a single check-in creates the patient record, the visit, the package, the stations and the queue numbers, along with the age-appropriate exam form. Employees are routed through the stations in the required order. At the end you get a reconciliation sheet for the company, printable or as CSV.
Detailed answers on the legal side, data sources, safety and security of Mediq AI.
No. Mediq AI is an AI-powered tool for looking up medical reference information; it is not a medical device. The system provides medical information with clearly cited sources; diagnosis, prescribing and treatment decisions always rest with doctors and qualified practitioners.
Mediq AI does not answer from the model's memory. Every question is actually searched against verified, reputable medical data sources and Vietnamese healthcare legislation. Answers always come with clickable sources. If no scientific basis is found, the system says so clearly instead of guessing.
No. Each facility's data is stored in its organisation's private space, serves only searches by accounts belonging to that organisation, and is not used for other customers.
Mediq AI's database and all user data are stored on infrastructure in Vietnam that we operate ourselves, not on a public cloud platform. Only the language processing step is carried out through an AI model provider, query by query.
Yes. The system searches verified, reputable medical data sources, including the database of licensed drugs, bilingual ICD-10 codes, the health insurance (BHYT) list, and healthcare legislation that automatically distinguishes documents in force from those that have been replaced.
Yes. Every SOAP note created by Mediq AI can be exported as standard structured data, making it easy for your clinic's or hospital's technical team to connect it directly to the electronic medical record system (HIS/EMR).
